"Feed Me" - The EM Journal RSS Feed Page
These are a list of feeds I have been following for years and highly recommend your visit. I use them to keep on top of whats what in EM. Maybe they can help you too. I learned a trick a long time ago that allows me to use my institutions free access without go to its website and access articles through its remote login and search engine
The URL of every journal from your institution has a "string" in it that allows you to access it throught that institution. Ours is .elibrary.einstein.yu.edu
To access the articles in these feeds or to do this on your own for journals you prefer, go to the journal, or open one of the articles in the feeds below, say; https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMra1504690?query=featured_home
Now all you need to do is insert the string after the "org" and before "/doi" to create https://www.nejm.org.elibrary.einstein.yu.edu/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMra1504690?query=featured_home .
Hit return. You will be prompted to enter your institution username and password. Then just login and enjoy your free article! Copy the rss feeds from these sites to keep updated. For those of you not affiliated with AECOM all you have to do is find the string for your institution and it should work as well if your institution accesses the particular journal in the same way. Good Luck
